Horváth Misi és Gál Csaba Boogie zenei együttműködése új műsorral bővült!
Az elmúlt évben sokat koncerteztek országszerte mint tradicionális, de a popzenével is kacérkodó bluesduó. Idén új profillal, új műsorral, új hangvétellel gazdagodik zenei palettájuk: a füstös kocsmák bluesvilágát egy emelkedettebb, himnikusabb tartalom veszi át: az 1920-as, '30-as évek spirituáléi, gospel dallamai; ezekből is az olyan darabok, amik jól illenek egy kétszemélyes formációhoz. Megmarad az akusztikus és elektromos gitár, a harmonika és az erős, lélekből merítkező éneklés, de a bluesra jellemző földhözragadt témák helyett az élet mindenki számára meghatározó nagy kérdései kerülnek terítékre, úgy mint élet, halál, hit, család, remény. Jövőbeli koncertjeik igazi közösségi élménynek ígérkeznek, ezért elsősorban olyan helyszíneken szeretnék megmutatni magukat, ahol lehetőség kínálkozik megmerítkezni a dalokba foglalt szép gondolatokban.
Természetesen Misi és Boogie nem hagyja abba a közös blueszenélést sem: továbbra is lesznek blueskoncertjeik, de egy-egy este akár mindkét műsorukból tudnak előadni részleteket.

Horvath Misi & Gal Csaba Boogie
The musical collaboration between Horváth Misi and Gál Csaba Boogie reaches a new level in the year of 2020.As a traditional blues duo with elements of pop they had many performances in the past year throughout the country. This year they put on a fresh profile with a new repertoire and tone. They are stepping from the blues of smoky juke joints into the more elegant, elated, slightly hymnic spirituals and gospel pieces of the 1920s and '30s, adapting the pieces that fit their duo formation. Their acoustic and electric guitars will stay as well as the harmonicas and the strong, soulful singing, but now the down-to-earth themes of the blues will be replaced with the big questions in life that concern everyone; life, death, family, hope and so on.
Their upcoming concerts promise to be a real community experience, so they would like to present their art primarily at venues where you can immerse yourself in the beautiful sentiments of the songs.
These changes do not mean that Misi and Boogie will stop playing blues together. They are still taking blues gigs like before and, if requested, they may present any songs from their gospel or their blues repertoires.
